Yesterday I noticed VOX showing the album art for the wrong song from the playlist I was listening to. I was listening on Bluetooth headphones at the time. When I started playing music it was showing the correct cover but when I got back to the app it had changed the cover to a different track as seen in screenshots.

Unfortunately, it is not absolutely clear what do you mean, the Artworks seems to be identical on the screenshots you have shared.
Can you share some additional details? Or maybe a few more screenshots: VOX vs some other app, that shows correct Artworks, so we spot the difference.
