Trouble logging into VOX player

So I’m logged into VOX through the web page (VOX Premium, subscription active to March 2020), but my player tells me to “Go Premium.” I’ve signed in and out multiple times but to no avail. Prior to this problem I couldn’t load any of my library with the exception of the selection I uploaded earlier today.

Using a 2017 MacBook Pro running Mohave 10.14.5 with Vox 3.3.15.

Have you already tried to re-boot the VOX app and Loop app? (Vox Cloud icon in the menu bar)

  • Choose “Quit” option in the drop-down menu.

  • Re-boot VOX Music Player app

Looks to be working now. Strange, as i had booted and rebooted the app several times over the last couple of days…
