Shuffle doesn't work on Mac

Hi, I press the shuffle button, and the queue NEVER changes. The last post about it is on Aug, 18 and the bug still not fixed?

Giving more information, based on the other user with problems:

  1. Mac OS 10.14.6 (18G4032)
  2. VOX Music Player Version 3.3.17 (Build 3398.3)

Shuffle doesn’t work in Collections or if I copy a collection to a playlist
Part of the music files are in a local drive and other files are in a network drive
