Music tracks stopped working

I have some lists that I listen to on a daily basis.
in the past half year tracks began to be skipped.
At first I just ignored it as glitches but it kept happening with more and more tracks.
about 1/10 of the tracks in the list don’t work anymore.
I haven’t uploaded new tracks in more than a year at least and I don’t delete anything.
I assume it is something as bit rot in the cloud storage and other storage and backup glitches.
It is both in osx and iOS so it is not platform dependent.
I won’t address Vox universal as it hardly works at all.
The idea with storing file in your cloud instead of relying on local storage+backups is entrusting your storage to be more reliable and resilient.
Please check and publish how you keep our files safe from bit rotting.
