Artwork missing

Hi there,

that’s not right.

I just downloaded another album without artwork and it landed on my harddisk within seconds completely. Checked it with Metadatics - each file has embedded artwork.
I deleted the album I sent you and dropped the files to the VOX app but they don’t show. I’m waiting now for the scanning-process to end and see if it works during the normal sync. This might last until tomorrow (German time).

There are more big problems to solve like the Loop-Plugin not working. Today it was totally hanging and using 100% CPU. I had to stop it and logged out a few times until I could start everything again. It is scanning my library since 6 HRS now and still doesn’t sync. There are hundreds of hours of work todo. When will my collection finally be online? Because I have these problems since days now.

But I’d like to solve the artwork and uncomplete albums problem first and then go to the next step. Because all these things are happening since the very beginning in Spring 2015 and I’m still paying for this uncomplete service you can see that I really want it to work. I already wrote this a few times in the past years. And I really mean it!

I’m an experienced user and a true musiclover with a very big high-quality music-collection - well-sorted complete CD-albums with manually checked correct metadata, no DRM and mostly ALAC-files (even many HiRes-files). Everything is hosted on a Synology-NAS in the Music-folder of iTunes, which automatically sorts by "album-artist/album-title/tracknumber tracktitle".

All these files should only be uploaded to your cloud and synced with the VOX-apps on my iOS-Devices and my Macbook.

This works with Amazon-Music, Apple-Music, Google Play Music and MyMusicCloud without problems.
BUT I WANT YOU - because you don’t reduce the quality….
So please help me!!! I’m waiting nearly 2 years now.

I’m sure you can find my eMails from the past. I had contact even with Ivan Ablamskyi (with my old eMail-adress I used for the first Loop-account in 2015. I had to start anew after uploading thousands of tracks and so had to change the eMail-adress for the new account)

If my collection is too big - please tell me and I'll give up at once.

I found the next very strange thing which really mustn’t happen:

I just uploaded more albums via your webpage and there were 2 different albums by different artists merged.
The album by “A Love Like Pi” was one of those which I deleted because they didn’t show the embedded artwork.
In “our" Dropbox-folder (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/tk4i65c2vryep69/AABG-kXhKefr6OeznqJFwx91...) you can find both albums by the “Submotion Orchestra” and “A Love Like Pi”. I added 5 Screenshots to this mail.

It would be nice to get some feedback.

I hope I can help you with these informations to solve this longtime bug forever…

Sorry - one more info:

I uploaded a Double Album with the exact same Cover-Image embedded in all 34 files. The 1st CD is without the cover in VOX and the 2nd shows it. I even deleted the 1st and changed the artwork from .png to .jpg and uploaded it again but the Cover still isn't shown.
Now I’m nearly sure that the Artwork-Problem has nothing to do with the Artwork itself.

By the way: if it helps you I would give you access to my complete Loop-Collection, so that you can look and investigate everything you need. No more Dropbox-Workaround…..

Again - feedback is always welcome - also if you don’t want my messages anymore….

Greatest Hits of "Ace Of Base” merged with Greatest Hits of “a-ha” - all found as a-ha’s Greatest hits.

This is a big terrible bug - please solve this problem very soon because I have to stop all uploads now and again can’t use the service as a paying customer. How should I find out how many of these errors already happened within tens of thousands of files?

Please tell me help is on the way!

on Dec 23, 2016 you aked me for a screenshot of the LoopApp because you thought I use a very old version.
I have v0.14 which seems to be very old. I didn't hear from you til now, so how can I get the actual version? My VOX-App is always up to date.

Please specify which LOOP account are You referring to. In order to helo You, let's just talk only about Your latest account: huppert@koeln.de
And take one problem at a time.
Please copy one issue concerning this account from above. It hurts to hear, that You had such a burdening time with our product. We'll try to do our best ti give You answers on all questions, but it's impossible to answer them all at a time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Looking forward to Your reply!

Hi there,

I only have 1 Account huppert@koeln.de
The other one ended in 2015 because of too my problems and I startet again completely new.

All Mails since December and before Jan 02.2017 are about the artwork-problem and delivering you facts and informations with the according files in the Dropbox-Folder I shared with you. So it is all about this 1 problem.

I'll keep the others back until the Artwork-Bug is solved. Is that ok?
