Youtube stream is not HD but low quality

When I open a youtube stream (like https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=UUXIyz409s7bNWVcM-vjfdVA) it is played in 360p while the songs are also available in HD. It should be possible to stream them in high quality. I can't stop but noticing the difference, this isn't an audiophile thing :p
