Why I stopped using Vox after 5 minutes

#1

I think vox has immense potential, but i had to remove it after 5 minutes of using.
No fullscreen? music nerds like seeing what they have created over the years, the letters are way too small, minimalistic is completely different from very small
No search by genre? why though. No search by date added? how can i listen to the stuff i just uploaded? i cant remember the names of 10 albums just like that
The album cover on the dock thing is really good tho and the sound is nicer, but for people with huge libraries its not a good interface.
Also the scrolling is very slow

Hi Rafik,
Thanks for Your feedback!
Although major interface improvements are not in our plans for near future, anyway Your feedback will be definitely taken into consideration, be sure. We had to reduce scrolling speed for the mobile platform, because most iPhones just hang while fast scrolling through large libraries.

RE: "how can i listen to the stuff i just uploaded?"
They will appear in "Recently added" at the top of the list

RE: "letters are way too small"
Are You talking in general or in some specific places?

In general but especially in the pop up menus. Also i feel like for this to be an alternative solution to itunes there should be at least the basic cataloguing features itunes has. Tracks number. Disc number. Total disc number, year, album artist, artist, genre etc. An album cover view is key aswell

Rafik,
We have our own vision of the VOX app, and it's not just copying functionality from iTunes. We agree, that some features might be useful and we will try to implement them in future, but don't expect that functionality will be just duplicated. Whole redundancy of Itunes doesn't fit in the concept of minimalistic audio player.
Your opinion is very important to us and as I said, all this will be taken into consideration.
Thanks for helping us to make VOX better. :)
Have a great day/night!
