Is there any reason you need to keep these discussions closed? It would be fine if you guys actually answered things posted here in a meaningful way, but you don't. It would be great if others than you could offer suggestions to posts, without having to start a new thread to do so.
And is there any way you could offer a way to the support page from the main vox page? There isn't a link there currently.
