Vox Universal Won't Install

I downloaded Vox for Windows but the installer doesn’t start. I get an error saying it can’t find the “bass.dll” but I can see that file in the folder.

Running Windows 10 Home. Exciting product you are creating. I hope you are able to continue your work in peace. Best wishes.
