VOX Universal Not Uploading Files

I’m trying to add FLAC files to VOX Universal and its not working. I’ve tried dragging and dropping, and also uploading via the upload music button. It shows loading after I drop it, and it loads through all the files, and then nothing at all in my library. What am I doing wrong? Im on Mac OSX 10.13.1

VOX Universal isn’t working for me since the servers were rebooted yesterday. I imagine this will resolve shortly. VOX uploader for MAC was working ok (ish) however. No worse than usual.

Same here wont upload files and ive never seen such Piss Poor customer service in my life

I cancelled my subscription and signed up with Pcloud
ive had vox for almost a yr and its been steadily getting worse,
customer service is non existent
