VOX universal doesn't load library

for several days already VOX universal doesn’t load library, just stuck on “loading artists” and nothing happened/ Also uploading doesn’t work both on website and in VOX universal

Same problem. Can’t upload, can’t load songs on my PC and can’t even play my uploaded songs on my phone. Absolutely nothing works.
