VOX unable to load VOX Cloud Storage Music on new iPhone 15

Recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 15 Pro. Installed and signed into my premium account on the VOX app, but VOX just doesn’t seem to load any of my music from the VOX Cloud Storage.

I have signed in and out and reinstalled the app multiple times to no luck.

The music should show within a few sections when signing in, similar to VOX in my windows laptop but not having any luck and don’t know what to do……

Any help?:

UPDATE - Got the following error message:

VOX Cloud Synchronization
Error
Request failed: bad gateway (502) / (nulled

UPDATE - Opened up the app just now and everything loaded as it should. Must have been a one off bug yesterday. Phew!

I saw that over the weekend, but it worked again the other day. Just checked and it seems to be working for me.

Hopefully it stabilizes for everyone soon.

I can confirm, it’s back! Seemed to be down for about a day. Back to normal on all my devices.
