I believe VOX has left the building, Have not had any support in 3 months! My VOX has not worked in months and no support at all. Guess I am stuck with this useless app for another year and hope support actually does something about the universal app. Till then I need to look at my payment as a donation ant take off my taxes!

No way to connect to the my vox account. I use to enjoy Vox player a lot. It’s now a complete mess. Seems no one is in the building anymore. A total disaster!
Oh no, I am sad to read this. My Vox account just stop connecting on my mac today so I can’t access any of my library. It still seems to work on my phone, so that’s something I guess (although I wonder for how much longer). I emailed Vox support today, but maybe that was pointless. I wish I could continue to support the company, but I cannot keep paying for something that doesn’t work, I don’t have the cash for that.
I’ve had problems with them too no support, tech support must be flying drones for there people and we all hope they win BUT why not but something up to say if they have problems on the site then we will understand NOT LEAVING THE BUILDING and not saying anything to there customers.

Of course my main issues is that all my music is only on Vox as I dont have the space for it at home. Don’t think I will getting that back.
