I believe VOX has left the building, Have not had any support in 3 months! My VOX has not worked in months and no support at all. Guess I am stuck with this useless app for another year and hope support actually does something about the universal app. Till then I need to look at my payment as a donation ant take off my taxes!

No way to connect to the my vox account. I use to enjoy Vox player a lot. It’s now a complete mess. Seems no one is in the building anymore. A total disaster!
Oh no, I am sad to read this. My Vox account just stop connecting on my mac today so I can’t access any of my library. It still seems to work on my phone, so that’s something I guess (although I wonder for how much longer). I emailed Vox support today, but maybe that was pointless. I wish I could continue to support the company, but I cannot keep paying for something that doesn’t work, I don’t have the cash for that.
