Vox sometimes losses his configuration

I use vox 3.2.1 with this configuration

Output: USB Audio Codec
Channels: Multichanel
Balance: Center

But sometimes after shutdown the mac and turn on again the next day the configuration of vox change to:

Output: Built In Audio
Channels: Mono

So i switchback to vox 2.8.8 (which sometimes changes his Configuration Balance: Center to Balance: 5% Right) (a minor issue)

Vox did save his configuration but sometimes vox starts with the configuration metioned above, let me try your suggestion and I’ll comment back the results.

After doing the procedure mentioned above and after update to the latest version, the problem still persist.
