VOX Preferences do not work on a clean OS X yosemite system

Hi! I've discovered VOX and I felt in love with it. The only problem are the VOX Preferences missing. When I open the Vox Preferences -> Controls tab, there is a button to install extension to my system preferences. After clicking it I see a new window with a progress bar, that disappears after the progress bar goes 100%. Unfortunately nothing happens next and there are no VOX preferences in the system preferences dialog :(

Could you please try to uninstall VOX by AppCleaner, that you can download from the link below:
http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/

Once it's done, please download and install the latest version VOX one more time:

Ok, I've written the response too fast. Now there are other serious issues. The keyboard shortcuts are working but a lot o settings and buttons do not. For example if I click on the "shuffle" button, I get message "shuffle off" but it does not turn on. The same with "repeat mode" and the settings like: who menu bar controls -> when I unblock it , the menu bar controls are still visible and it does not affect anything. Even the option "Show dock icon" is NOT prayed out - like in previous version I've got installed here. If you've got any questions or want me to send you any logs etc, just tell me what to do. VOX is great and I would love to help you resolve the issues as easy and fast as possible :)

Could you please send us logs that appear when you are experiencing your issue?

Here is the instruction:

  1. Launch Finder>Applications>Utilities Folder>Console. Once it's open, click on "Clear Display".
  2. Try to reproduce the problem with VOX.
  3. When it is done - go back to Console and in the Tray Menu click on "File">Save a Copy As…

After that - send us a .log file that you have got, so we could analyze them.

Hmm that is very interesting, because after rebooting my system it just started to work as expected. I cannot reproduce the issue now :( Of course I'm happy, because everything is working, but that was a strange "problem fix". Anyway thank you for your help and support!
