VOX Loop: FLAC files to go "untitled album"

Downloading some albums in FLAC format. Most
download fine in Loop. But some go to "untitled Album,
untitled artist". And i can't seem to download the album
as an album in loop. Why?

Are you downloading files FROM LOOP cloud, or uploading TO LOOP?
