VOX for MacOS suddenly has none of my VOX Cloud files

#1

Today I opened VOX (3.3.8) on my MacOS machine. The first odd thing was that it asked me to log in. It is always logged in normally but this time it forgot the login I guess. OK. So I logged in and now my entire VOX Cloud library (over 5000 songs) is missing. I can still see them on other devices and on the website, but the MacOS player is empty. I can search for songs and it finds them, but if I click on one it does nothing.

Please fix.

Same here! VOX 3.3.8 / Build 3380.1 on macOS 10.14.3.

When I start VOX on my Mac it says “Loading your VOX Cloud…” but then nothing happens. My music is there when I’m using the iOS app. But I can’t access it with VOX on my Mac.

Please, dear VOX Team, fix this!

Also, I’m using the dark theme and many of the captions can’t be read.

Thanks for reporting.

Did you try to Sign Out/Sign in to your VOX Account and reboot Loop app?

Also, you may try to execute the following commands:

Close VOX, open Terminal

launchctl remove com.coppertino.VOXCloud

Press enter.

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user

Press enter.

As for the dark theme - will be fixed in the upcoming version of VOX app.
