Vox does not recognize wireless speakers

MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 and VOX 2..8.26.
I have KEF wireless speakers. They can be "selected and play with music from my itunes library AND via an internet service (TIDAL). I can see them via the speaker icon but they no longer play when I use VOX. They HAVE played. Would REALLY appreciate any suggestions.

Please specify which wireless protocols do they use? Do they support AirPlay or Sonos?
