I can’t see my Vox cloud library when I open app in the Mac. It shows on the website and on my phone tho but not on the Mac. what should I do?

I also have a Macbook Pro and Catalina upgrade.
My service is just not opening any albums, it just lags and that orange processing line just keeps on keeping on.
What the heck is going on?
I Just bought this service. I also advised it to several family members during x mas. This is not looking good.
