Today I noticed that my cloud is not playing any songs on my VOX player on my Macbook Air. Those same songs work perfectly fine on my iphone though. I noticed when i go to play the songs that it just cycles through the entire list and several of them i see say no tracks. See attached screenshots

If the problem is only associated with the VOX Music player for macOS, I would suggest doing the following:
- Start VOX app, go to Preferences…> Account and Sign Our from your current account associated with the VOX app, then close VOX app.
- Close the Loop app, if not closed automatically, check the menu-bar for a Loop app icon:
Choose “Quit” option in the drop-down menu.
- Open your internet browser, go to this page: https://my.vox.rocks/account and Sign Out from your VOX Account too!
- Start VOX > Preferences (⌘+,) > Account > Sign In to authorize the device.
