VOX 3.3.19 keeps freezing everytime i upload album/singles in collection

#1

as title says EVERY SINGLE TIME vox keeps freezing when i try to upload an album/singles. i tried all the methods to upload to vox and results are freezes. theyre all flac files 16bit & 24bit. question: how did i manage to upload? i quit force it/cmnd + q then magically when i open and upload the “same” file/album/singles in the “same” collection folder i created before in vox it works!! but if i create a “new” collection folder in vox be it the same file/album/singles it will MOST DEFINITELY FREEZES. so problem i dont think its the cause file/album/singles. as of writing this around till now its about 10 minutes roughly and it still freezes. nothings happening. i dont think itll crash anytime soon. please help or fix if this is an issue!!!
