I recently put a folder in my watch folder in preferences. Everything worked fine until I got to around 220 albums uploaded. At that point no new albums appeared in the recently uploaded section and when I counted the albums on my phone no new albums were being uploaded. Yet on my MacBook Pro, at the bottom of the app, it still shows a bitrate and time to complete uploads. But after two days, no new albums have been uploaded. I took the watch folder out of my preferences to try to get it stop “uploading” (though nothing is actually being uploaded). When I open the app, it still shows a bitrate and time to complete uploads even though the folder was removed. Can anyone help? I emailed the support email but haven’t received any response in days.

What VOX + OS versions are you on?
Have you already tried to reboot the Loop app? You can find a Loop icon in the menu bar. Click on it to open the dropdown menu, select Quit, and then restart the VOX Music Player.
