Uploading Files Locked (Windows)

I have 22 files ‘left’ for uploading that has not progressed in days. The rest of the features are locked. Help!!!

The safest way to upload music currently is one by one.
Upload 1-2 tracks and make sure they’re processed properly, then keep uploading more.
