I'm not sure how to explain this, but for some reason the songs I have uploaded to Loop do not play on my Mac App but function normally when played on the iOS App. I have attached an animated GIF that shows what happens when I try to play songs from albums in my Library.
I have about 7965 tracks totalling about 280GB in Loop.
This is pretty major. If I can't play my music while at my computer I'm not quite sure what the point is.
I may, or may not have solved my own problem- in the absence of a reply I figured I would do the obvious.
Logging out of Loop, closing Vox, and subsequently closing Loop from the menu bar seemed to solve the issue. I obviously had to restart Vox, which brought up my Loop login again. Things seem to be okay.
Trying to play a variety of tunes now- I think things may be back to "normal."

Yes, it has! I thought it might take a while, BUT- all of my album covers are gone! No artist images, nothing. Works fine on iOS, nothing through Desktop App.

artwork pics should appear gradually (not instantly) because they are loading from server.Please share with us an update on how it goes with Loop and Vox experience and sorry for inconvenience!

What happens when You enter the album (click >) then return back is album artwork still missing? (I suppose here this album has an artwork on iOS)?
Same issue. Regardless. Whether I log in/out of Loop. Nothing seems to work.

[UPDATE] I'm not sure why, but it appears as though my initial mass upload of songs (about 3,000) is still showing without album cover! However, when uploading in smaller batches (groups of 10-50) the album artwork appears! THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE DESKTOP APP. The iOS app has always functioned as expected- showing artwork, that is. I would like a solution to this however, seeing as I rarely use the mobile app as I am listening to my music at my desk 90% of the time. Best, Mark
