Unexpected program termination "VOX". MAC

Welcome to VOX support forum.
Please specify Mac OS and VOX versions first. Also, the screenshot
would be helpful.
Have You tried reinstalling the app? Have You any other copies of
VOX app on You hard drive? Are You starting the VOX app from the
Applications folder? or from somewhere else?

Can you supply a log file?
How to do that:
1. Quit VOX by cmd+Q (if launched)
2. Open Console
(find it through Terminal: open Terminal by control+Space > put
"Console" > open Console) 3. Hit "Clear Display" at Console
bar
4. Launch VOX
5. Make it crash
6. Wait for ~1 min. to accumulate logs
7. Console > File > Save a Copy As...
8. Send us saved file

Try this:
1. quit the LOOP icon in menubar
2. quit the VOX app
3. Remove the VOX app from Applications folder and empty trash
4. unzip this file from the attachment and launch it
5. install the VOX app again from our website: http://coppertino.com/vox/mac
