I am running the latest version at this time, 2.8.30 for OS X. I went to download a few songs for offline use and I get a message saying I need to set my download location. I click OK and nothing happens.
I go to Loop preferences and when I try to set the download location, nothing happens. I click Change but I never get prompted to select the folder. Is there a preference file I can set this in?

Can you take a screenshot of that window? Do you have more than one display connected? After clicking change - it should ask you to specify its location.

When I try, the Finder window never opens to allow me to choose the folder. See attached gif. I get the spinning ball but no finder window.

Close VOX, and run this command in terminal:
launchctl remove com.coppertino.VOXCloud
It will restart LOOP agent and should solve this problem.
