Unable to restore purchases


Hi there, trying to restore my purchase in the app but it says I have done this too mamy time (probably due to reinstalling my laptops). How can I get a reset? I have emailed support but no reply but have found this site and can see why - sorry, had no idea you were a Ukrainian country.
