Unable to download tracks from VOX Cloud on desktop application

I have a few 1 album that errors when I try downloading the tracks from VOX Cloud in the VOX Desktop application.

I would like to download the tracks from the cloud but not having much luck, any ideas?

Could you please tell us which app you’re using and what OS version you have?
Also, if there’s any error message, please share that with us. Does this happen with just one album or more?
