Synchronization error


i’ve got synchronization error for two days now.
last version of vox ios app, iphone 7+ ios 14.4.1 and ipad air 2 ios 13.3.
also upload doean’t work in vox universal on windows, also in browser on site.
upload works only on Macos.
but uploaded files don’t synchronized then on iphone or ipad
fix this please

I have noted the exact same thing. I have an 2019 Iphone xR with 256g memory, connected to a 2018 Intel mac mini, which uses a 8TB Sandisk external hard drive for its music storage. For some reason, Cloud app will upload the music but doesn’t download to my iphone when i ask it too.
