Support requests?

Hi there.
Has anyone received a response to a support request, ever?

I’ve yet to get anything for any of the requests I’ve filed, some from months ago. Latest issue has to do with an expired subscription - I’m trying to update a payment method, and neither paddle.net nor Vox subscription management pages seem to work.

Dear Vox team, I’m trying to give you my money. please help me out.

Never get any proof of live from Vox.
Writing to them is spitting in the wind.

There have been TWO recent updates on the App store (2nd one very useful) but in the meantime I’ve had two messages to this board disappear. Anyone have any luck uploading stuff recently? I’ll re-start my subscription if I can get some positive news about that…
