Hi, i've got a Mac mini {sierra 10.12.4} with 2 user accounts. Account A: VOX {2.8.21} is playing all my music just fine. When i switch to account B and try to play the same music files i get a very "tiny" sound. It's like all the bass is turned off. I've tried; default settings, re-installing, reboot, turn equalizer on/off without result. When i use winamp VLC, or any other media player i don't have this problem. If anyone can help me, I would be so grateful.

Coen, Thank You for Your feedback.
In the account where sound is not right, please check that all effects are bypassed (OFF) in VOX: Audio Units (cmd+option+4), Equalizer, BS2B. Please also check that balance is at the center position.

Thx for the reply. Problem solved! Audio Units was the causing it.
