Songs / Albums uploading as "Unknown Artist / Unknown Album'

I have the same issue regardless of what format it is. We shouldn’t need work arounds for a basic function as uploading a file!

I emailed the tech support on the 16 of November 2021 telling them that I was experiencing this exact same issue. I’ve received no answer from them and I’m still dealing with the same problem. Have you guys found a solution ?

Not really it’s something I’m just living with at this point. It was easier to upload via the Universal app but that’s not been working for a few weeks now. I know VOX is based in the Ukraine so we won’t be hearing anything else for a while.

The tracks to upload if you keep trying it’s just annoying. Albums and EPs always upload with no issue at all it’s just with single tracks I struggle with
