Skipping badly unless on wifi

Cannot play anything unless on wifi. AT&T 4g LTE, full signal. Other apps work fine. Iphone 6S+ . Terrible skipping.

Radio, SoundCloud, everything. Tried reinstall. Happened on iOS 10 and 11.

Every time I get in my car I try to use it, 2 different Cara, can’t get it to work unless on wifi.

I do IT for a living.

In case if all music sources sound choppy, the clue is your internet provider, because different sources cannot work "bad" at the same time. In case of radio and SC - streams are lightweight and should not be choppy in any way. Please contact your cellular internet provider for further help.
