Shuffle all doesn"t work

Hi, it was working a few days ago, but now I can’t play music in “shuffle all” mode with the whole library. It turns in grey and then I can’t click on it anymore I have to restart the app. But it’s working with smaller tracklists (albums, collections), I have about 15000 tracks.
