Reset the IOS library?

I just tdecided to give Vox Loop another go as it has been a month now that I haven't touched the app. I deleted it from my Mac and iPhone but still on IOS I don't see even half albums that are on my Mac Vox, yet duplicate files still are shown in IOS so when is this gonna be fixed? Did I just pay 5e again for nothing? :(

Also, many albums show as "unknown artist" or "various artists" even when all the tags are correct on iTunes and shown correctly in itunes.

Hi P,

You may try to reset your library with the following instructions, please perform them on Mac OS X VOX:

  • Close Loop by selecting Quit from Status Icon
  • Remove Folder ~/Library/Containers/com.coppertino.VOXCloud
  • Run command in Terminal.app: killall cfprefsd
  • Open Loop
  • Login And Wait for your Library being available

Already tried this by deleting the Mac Vox with appcleaner twice today, same problem. Mac library is about right minus the incorrectly shown tags

However, how do I reset the IOS library? Some albums only show 1 track and even that is duplicated.

We will try to fix it within the future updates. What is the version of your VOX on your iOS?

I can't even sign in now from IOS Vox :( Facebook signin gives error "can't check accesstoken"

Can't sign in from OS X version anymore either... same error

Ok signin now worked on iOS, still I don't see all the albums or even artists that are on OSX Vox

Hmm, I think this one is fixed for now. I thought everything OSX Loop shows would've already been synced in the cloud but I might have been wrong. IOS is now showing everything pretty ok and no duplicates.. sorry for my ranting ;D

One wish, change the categorisation to "album artist" rather than "artist" if possible? :)

Sure, we already have it. Just switch to the Album view rather that Artist one.
