Removing Spotify playlists from ios app

Hi everyone.

Since Spotify no longer allows their library to be accessed in Vox player I would like to remove all the Spotify playlists from my Collections.
Currently there is no way to do that. So when I use CarPlay I have to scroll through 80 or so unusable Spotify playlists to get to the synced collection I want.
