Reconect to the stream after short network outages

Hi VOX team.

There is a problem with short network outages and VOX player for mac while playing streams.
VOX is not connecting/playing again after reconnect.

To reproduce this, you can simply turn off wifi, wait for silence and reconnect again.

You haven't specified the platform and stream source. Are You talking about radio?
