Playlists imported from iTunes are not in order

Playlists that are imported from iTunes into the collections are not in order. I want to play a couple of albums in succession. Now they are all messed up. That is unacceptable. I reported this already a month ago and still no response. Importing playlists should not be hard. I hope this time something happens with this.

What VOX + OS versions are you referring to?
Did you import the Playlist to your iTunes app from Mac or PC?
Did you created the Playlist locally?
When you make any changes to the Playlist, are they sycned to VOX app?
Do you use iTunes Match?
