Payment issues - changing payment method

I’ve been trying to get this information from support, but never got any answer except automatic.

How can I change my payment method assigned to my accout? I want to use different credit card, but when I click “subscribe” it automatically charge my actual credit card giving me no option to choose different payment method or edit credit card info?

BTW, why I never got any answer placing inquiries through support page?

Yes, I’m still interested in it - frankly, it is the reason I still haven’t renewed my subscription yet. If you help me to change payment to new CC I will renew for two years immediately :man_shrugging:t2:
