No Sound At All

Hi there,
Probably me just being a dumbo, but I can see a track playing, but with several attempts, I hear no audio at all. I am using a desktop imac using OSX 10.9.5. Is this application just intended for IOS devices? The default system output is the setting currently utilised.

Thanks for contacting us.

Please make sure that the default audio device in Mac OS is the valid one. For this, goto Mac OS X Preferences -> Sound -> Output and make sure that something like "Internal speakers" or "Headphones" is selected in list.

Then, start playing by VOX and raise up the loudness of Your mac to get proper volume.
