Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6 - Vox Loop - I have deleted library - shows 2 tracks still there

I have deleted my library on Loop on my Mac. On my IOS Vox app it shows 0 tracks. Going back to my Mac if I go to my Vox account page its shows 0 artists 0 albums 2 tracks and 639GB. Clearly wrong. I have emailed Support yesterday morning and added my Mac OS info and Vox version etc. but am still waiting for this to be deleted by you. How long will this take as I want to re add my music? (16000 flac files)
Is there a way these deleted files can be purged by the user?

Just checked and my library now shows 0 tracks which is great but still says I have 600GB+ data stored which is obviously still wrong.
I also am unable to upload files in Loop on my Mac, says uploading as if it’s working then nothing added.
