Love vox, love the idea of a cloud player....don't need another cloud service

I love VOX. That's how a music player should work. And I want you guys to get paid to keep developing a music play that does one thing great....play music.

I do a great deal of file sharing online because of my business. What I don't need is another cloud service. I need a music player that connects to one of the half dozen unlimited cloud services I already have. I'll gladly pay for a "pro" upgrade to VOX to have such a feature. But I can't justify another redundancy of cloud services just so I can play one type of file on one piece of software.

I hope you keep up the good work and are making a killing on loop. Perhaps an in-app purchase will help you make more....Perhaps it will catabolize loop recruiting but I think you'll stand to make more selling your software because it will have a much wider appeal.

Cheers,
michael

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your feedback!

So, you want to see like a Local Library feature instead of a cloud based one?

Hi, thank you for the reply.

No, I’d rather have an in app purchase that connects VOX to any of the third party cloud services. Like many people, I have box.com http://box.com/, google, amazon, iCloud, and dropbox, so while I like the idea of Loop, I just can’t justify the added expense considering the all the others that I need to maintain that store any and all sorts of data.

I’m sure you’re a big fan of being paid, and an app like vox that connects and syncs or streams from the a third party cloud service is probably a more desirable product for many, albeit not as lucrative per person but you’ll probably get a lot more people to buy your in-app purchase that pay for the subscription service.

Now if you turned Loop into a service for music professional that might be a different story, but that uncharted territory I believe.

Thanks,
Michael

Michael, in future we'll have such integration of Loop with other cloud services.

That is planned for the future updates and definitely is going to be released.

I also have no particular need for Loop but am happy to pay for your quality software.
