Loop updating message is gone in latest version

#1

On the April 3 2410.419 build when I go into the loop it doesn't say that it is updating. Consequently I thought that there was a problem as only a few tracks showed. Only as time went on did I see that other tracks started appearing. Some indication of when the loop is completely updated in the local app would be helpful.

Since I didn't know it was updating I didn't check the timing. However on the older version which showed the loop status a message was given that the update might take a few minutes. Since it actually took about 15 minutes "a few" was a bit of an understatement. Checking my top application network activity I didn't see any indication that there is any loop network activity. However I didn't know which process to look for so it might have been running, just at a really low bandwidth <= 1 Kbps. After running 10+ minutes the list still seems to be populating.

Just an update. I clicked on the loop somewhere about 4:36 or a bit earlier. So it's been 17 minutes and as best I can tell it is still updating.

Hi,

We've just released a newer version, could you please try to update ?

And let us know if it fixes the problem.

On the previous version I saw the updating loop message when I first installed the app and selected loop. After installation and initial load I didn't see it. To see if the message is back, should I reinstall?

Also while updating it would be nice to know where it is in the update. I.E., updating 2 of 25 ....

With 2500.113 I do see a "synching with server" in the loop icon in the finder menu bar but not in the application. Since I had already loaded everything into the loop I think, what is it doing? I'm only seeing about 20 or so albums in the Vox Loop section and I have about 1000. It's been running on the order of 45 minutes now.

Did the loop uploads go away when the new version was released? I am very confused.
