For 2 weeks now, I try to get support because Loop for Vox does not do what it's supposed to do. After many days of frustration, the answers I get are not helpful, asking me to prove there is a bug and if I can do that, I can get a refund... I sent the guy screenshots, and a log from the console, and I did qhat he asked (logging out and in, again and again) as instructed, but Loop still did not do the job. After 2 weeks, Loop only uploaded about 26 000 tracks, out of my 73 000, and nothing is happening anym ore. The guy asks me to send to him a screenshot of the specific files that won't upload!!! He writes "if some specific files won't upload, please send them to us". Wow, that's helpful. How am I supposed to find exactly which of my files are uploaded or not? By spending tens of hours comparing my iTunes playlists with the uploaded files? Does he think I have nothing else to do, and that I pay for a premium service so I can have fun churning through thousands of files, and excahnging frustrating emails with a guy who doesn,t have a clue? What a disapointing product!
