Log In Issue with Mac Version 3.4?



I cannot log in back to my Vox cloud on a Mac version 3.4 and also unable to access the log in Vox page (Http Error). The log in works fine in the Universal Vox App.

I have encountered the same issue. Very annoying.


And it gets better. When I tried to use the new beta version, I got this: “VOX Universal” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

How useful is that???

es, unfortunately, VOX Universl is still a beta, so it is not notarized properly for Apple`s newest OS.

Please use this small guide to make it work:

  • When you get the notification, press “Show in Finder”, you will be navigated to Applications.


  • Find VOX app in Applications and click with the right mouse button (Secondary Click) on the VOX app icon to open a context menu:
  • Click on “Open” in the context menu:

  • Now you will get another notification, similar to the first one, but with the “Open” option this time.
  • Click Open to start VOX app.
