Loading vox cloud frozen

Hi,
My VOX app in mac sequoia is frozen in the loading step since yesterday. Have already uninstalled and installed back, logout and login, etc.

I’ve not been able to stream anything from VOX for weeks despite dozens of support message all gone unanswered.

Same here, but it just started today. I’m going to submit a support email, fingers crossed someone is reading…

Still not loading as of Sunday, 2/2/25. Hope everyone at Vox is ok, given the war going on.

Mine was working with no issue until the last update about four days ago. Did the usual uninstall/install, sign out/in, and eventually tried both the web interface as well as Universal Beta. None seem to function, but iOS/iPadOS still connect and function albeit without the ability to delete or upload files.

mon application VOX Cloud sur Mac est planté également, je suis un nouveau utilisateur.
J’ai voulu chargé ma bibliothéque sur Vox Cloud, cela se passait bien, semble t’il, jusqu’à ce que le Mac se met en veille.
Depuis l’onglet Vox Cloud reste bloqué sur “Loading your VOX Cloud” “It will take a moment.”
j’ai essayé de redémarrer, l’appli, puis le Mac, mais rien y fait…
j’ai pris 1 mois premium pour essayer, si pas d’amélioration, je chercherais un autre logiciel pour remplacer Apple Music…

dans l’attente d’une solution.

This is also happening to me, a mac user on sequoia. Anyone find a way to resolve this?

Same happening here, Vox Cloud not loading. Tried everything mentioned above, nothing works.
I’m on Ventura 13.7.8

For those still having problems with the Cloud not loading, I was just able to fix it.
I used this uninstaller to completely remove Vox:

Then re-installed Vox downloading it from the App Store and voilĂ , now everything is back to normal

Unfortunately I have an older Mac so that app doesn’t work. Tried using Clean My Mac and was still having connection issues.

This situation is ridiculous. I have had lots of problems uploading songs and albums for weeks. No response whatsoever from customer support. I don’t know how viable VOX is anymore as a music app. It seems constantly beleaguered by server and other operational problems - with no fixes in sight. It’s a disgrace.

For those of us who care enough, I think we should contact VOX’s investors - easy to find - and complain about the constant state of disrepair at VOX while the company continues to unapologetically collect our money.

Go to the App Store and download cleanmymac. Delete the Vox app manually, run the cleanmymac app and it will do away with the dmg and residual files. Re-download. Works good as new.
