Loading Artists Error

I got a new computer Windows 8. Downloaded VOX Universal…signed in and just get a loading artists message. None of my cloud content will load. Restarted computer. Uninstalled - reinstalled. Same issue. My content is still available on my iphone and ipad but I cannot add anything new from my computer or access my content on the computer from the app. Not getting much response from support.

Here is some of the error coding before the loss of data:

Uploaded 70 flac files using VOX Universal and nothing showing up on my Windows machine.
Screen is stuck on Loading Artists.

Mine is still showing the same unfortunately since Wednesday/Thursday . I’ve read recently where the war is intensifying in Kyiv…so hopefully everything is ok with them. I will hang tight for a few days and try again.

My cloud content re-appeared today. Very thankful. Not sure what the fix was.
