Hello!
I can not sign in into my Last.fm account with VOX.
I press "sign in", it takes me to "connect application" page where I press "yes, allow access". After that notification about external app apears and then - nothing. All the time.
I've already tried reset script, thatI found in another post, but it does not help.
Last.fm sign in does not work. macOs Sierra, VOX 2.8.8
Hello Sergey,
Thank You for reaching out.
Please try solution from this thread and let us know if it solves
the problem:
http://support.coppertino.com/discussions/vox-for-mac/3565-vox-does...
But You are writing in that thread currently. Or I'm missing something? Is it a different thread on the screenshot?
Hmm, how is it possible?:)
When I go to that thread, then "this discussion is private or
deleted" is displayed for me, though I am logged in.
Sorry, maybe I do not understand you correctly?:)
You've send me this link with possibly useful thread:
http://support.coppertino.com/discussions/vox-for-mac/3565-vox-does....
I had not managed to open that link and then sent you a screenshot
with the error, that is being shown, when I try to open the
link.
Soooo, I do not know what link you are waiting for. This -
http://support.coppertino.com/discussions/vox-for-mac/3565-vox-does...
- I got from you.
Oh.. I'm sorry. It's my fault. Please try to open it again.
Take steps from that thread and let me know if the problem still
persists.
Unfortunately, that thread did not help me, cause I even did not
have an entry for last.fm in my keychain.
But!
I've just remembered, that due to working reasons I use an
automatic proxy configuration, and that proxy actually caused the
problem with last.fm sign-in. After disabling proxy I managed to
sign-in to last.fm and connect account to Vox.
Thanks for your effort!
Great to hear that it works now! Thank You for the
information.
Have a nice day!
