Last.fm scrobbling issue (VOX 2.8.24 version)

Hi, I've been using VOX in my iphone and I don't have any problem scrobbling. However, I can't seem to do so by using VOX for Mac Version 2.8.24(Build 2899.24).
If I go to Preferences->Sources I see my last.fm user info correctly, both options checked (Enable scrobbling and Send current track info) but VOX is not scrobbling anything at all.
I tried the solution mentioned here http://support.coppertino.com/discussions/vox-for-mac/3349-lastfm-scrobbling-issues but it didn't work.
I'm using Yosemite 10.10.5 and Chrome browser.

Hi Diana,
Wellcome to VOX support forum.
Please specify music from which sources are you trying to scrobble on Mac and mind that it should play at least 50% of the file in order to be scrobbled.

Sorry I didn't mention the source. Indeed, the problem is that I was listening to a youtube playlist and I guess since you just disabled that option I can't scrobble from there anymore. Though in my iphone the youtube list that I have still scrobbles as normal, that's why I thought there was some issue with the app in Mac.

Thanks for clarifying.
The problem is, the most of the youtube streams don't provide appropriate info about the track, so they can not be scrobbled.
