Topic says it all. Please help!
Just updated to MacOS Ventura (13.6.1) and cannot login to VOX (3560.3)
Thanks for your post.
If the problem is still here, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot this problem:
- Start the VOX app, go to Preferences…> Account and Sign Our from your current account associated with the VOX app, then close the VOX app.
- Close the Loop app, if not closed automatically, check the menu bar for a Loop app icon:
Choose “Quit” option in the drop-down menu.
- Start VOX > Preferences (⌘+,) > Account > Sign In using your VOX Account to re-authorize the device.
Check Internet Connection : Ensure that your Mac is connected to the internet properly. Try opening a web browser and loading a webpage to confirm your internet connection is working.
If nothing mentioned above has helped, please try to execute the following commands:
Close the VOX app, open the Terminal, and paste the following commands:
launchctl remove com.coppertino.VOXCloud
Press enter.
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
Press enter. - this one takes time to be executed, please take a while.
rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.coppertino.VOXCloud/
Press enter.
killall -SIGTERM cfprefsd
Press enter
Start VOX, go to VOX> Preferences> Account, and Re-login with your personal VOX account.
